These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ph223 ("ph223," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph223 online gaming platform available at ph223.vip and all associated services, features, and products (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
ph223 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Use of the ph223 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:
ph223 reserves the right to perform identity and age verification at registration, upon deposit or withdrawal, or at any other time. Accounts found to be registered by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the ph223 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
ph223 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials. You must notify ph223 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting [email protected].
ph223 may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion without prior notice if it determines that the account has been used in violation of this Agreement, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations.
All transactions on ph223 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph223 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the point of transaction. ph223 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. ph223 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes; however, processing times may vary due to provider maintenance, network congestion, or compliance review requirements. ph223 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.
ph223 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures, anti-money-laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.
ph223 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible Players. Each Bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time of the offer and form part of this Agreement by incorporation.
General Bonus conditions unless otherwise stated: (a) Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred; (b) Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn; (c) ph223 reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that Bonuses have been claimed through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of errors; (d) ph223 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the ph223 Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.
ph223 uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems and live dealer operations from licensed game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are independently audited and disclosed within the Platform. ph223 reserves the right to void any game round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, error in software, or unauthorized interference.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph223 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
ph223 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. All registered users have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission and may be set for periods of one month, six months, one year, or permanently.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any Content is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph223, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (c) any game malfunction or technical error not attributable to ph223's gross negligence; or (d) any third-party conduct or content.
ph223's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph223 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph223 complies with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. PAGCOR complaint procedures are available where the dispute relates to game fairness or regulatory compliance.
ph223 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, and the updated Terms will be published at ph223.vip/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
